Wear Protection Products - Keystone offers a variety of wear protection products to minimize equipment downtime.

Wear Patch - An excellent solution to abrasive wear problems. Wear Patch comes in a variety of shapes and sizes and can be easily cut with a torch to fit irregular shaped areas. Wear Patch is easily installed on any flat metal wear surface using Mig wire. Wear Patches are through-hardened to 60-63 Rockwell C for superior wear life.

Wear Plates - Provides a simple solution for rectangular shaped high wearing pieces. Wear Plates are available multiple sizes and in thickness from .375" to 1.000". Wear Plates have customizable holes cast in place for bolt or weld washer installation. Wear plates can not be welded, but can be cut to size with a plasma cutter.
